This 4,000 square foot model home was designed to appeal to Snow Birds coming to roost in Southwest Florida. The project was an entry level Villa Home in an upscale private Golf Course Community. All ceiling treatments, fireplaces , custom cabinetry and ceramic tile details were designed by the Collins and DuPont team and executed by Gulfshore Homes. The Transitional style and color palate of neutrals and water colors were chosen to present the relaxed but elegant lifestyle preferred by those living in the community.
