Opening the kitchen up to integrate into the living areas was a key to the new layout in this midtown loft space. Lots of adjustable lighting options help set almost any ambiance. We also added usb ports for easy electronics charging.

The homeowners wanted the peninsula to double as an eating area, and with this wide slab and custom carpentry, we were able to make it both spacious and really strong. (please note the toe-kicks and shoe-molding had not yet been installed at the time of the photo)

Porcelain 5"x24" tiles pull the eye along the space while still maintaining a very linear theme. The color integrates the quartz countertops into our all grey pallet.
