Our clients asked us to completely update the interior and exterior of their house on Jericho Beach, with a clean modern layout combined with classical interior design that featured their extensive art collection.

To establish this balance, we added overhangs to the exterior of the building along with new stucco, metal siding and soffits. New windows were added to bring more light into the space. Large sliding doors and a built in barbeque were added to the rear of the house to create an indoor/outdoor living space with landscaping thoughtfully designed to create a smooth transition from the home to the natural environment.

The result is a timeless home which blends the new and the old, creating a sophisticated aesthetic the family will enjoy for years to come.
