Our Clients at Marinaside chose to downsize from a larger home into a condo for retirement, but didn't want the "cookie cutter design" their Yaletown building had to offer. They asked us to re-invent their condo in a way that made sense for how they wanted to live today with the modern aesthetic they love.

To accomplish this transformation, nothing from the original design was retained. We removed many of the existing partition walls, and explored every inch of the condo to ensure the very best use of space. Even many pieces of furniture were custom built to maintain the aesthetic and maximize the functionality of the space.

The result is a high end, sophisticated and modern space that was a perfect match for our clients.
