This rehab focussed primarily on the kitchen and bathrooms, but the whole house got some love by the time it was all done. Kitchen was reconfigured and we installed new custom cabinets and quartz counters that look like concrete for a more-modern feel. Upgraded appliances with a pro-grade hood (purchased on Houzz!), center prep island with built-in book cases highlight the kitchen. Bathrooms got new custom vanities, and tub and shower overhauls. Replaced all the lights and faucets with dark, ORB fixtures. Added some LED can lights, and replaced the old and dark, plain wood double-door entry with an updated fiberglass model with an obscured-glass window and matching side lights. Full interior and exterior paint job, and new sod, plants, and bark in the yard. This one went from being the ugliest, left-behind house in the court to the beauty setting the new standard. Total rehab was about 6 weeks and cost about $30k.
