RCD provided full interior design services for Joule, a new mixed-use community that is the largest new development in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Featuring 295 apartment units and over 20,000 square feet of retail space, Joule has a vibrant and modern interior inspired by this eclectic urban neighborhood. Services include design and layout of the project's extensive onsite amenities including the resident lounge, fitness center, yoga room and business center.
In addition, Robin Chell Design was retained to design the onsite leasing and marketing center, as well as the model units. RCD also provided exterior design and material palette services, and represented the developer during presentations to the City Design Review Board.
