These decidedly modern townhomes, reflect the strong urban context of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. RCD was hired to design the interior color schemes, which include a natural, Northwest-inspired palette that features quartz, glass and stone mosaic tile. Glass partitions were used to separate the stairwells from the living spaces, which feature generous open floorplans and expansive kitchens.
Spa-inspired master baths include luxurious freestanding bathtubs and walk-in showers with ceramic and stone tile, while the double vanities feature floating mirrors, frosted windows for natural light, quartz countertops and glass mosaic tiles. In lieu of walk-in closets, custom built-in wardrobes were designed to maximize storage space, and lighting fixtures were designed to maximize light and space.
