Kanata North

Reface existing bungalo and install an attached timber frame gavebo and free standing garage with loft. The existing house was stucco faced with thinset stone, client wanted to upgrade the facade by installing massonry venear and board and batton siding.

We expanded the front porch to creat a larger sitting area and installed post and beam. Custom entry door and all new windows and doors. With the installation of the actual massonry we needed to install steel angles bolted to foundation to support the Stone.
