The original house consisted of several closed rooms including a central walled off kitchen. Three load bearing walls were removed and the kitchen relocated to the rear side of the house. Lighting was changed from ceiling outlets to Led Pot lights, a beam ceiling detail was added to the kitchen and dinette area.
