Kebony Natural Pine Deck
This deck was designed by Carol Lindsay in consultation with the home owner.
The wood that was selected is new to Oregon area called Kebony. It has been used in Europe for year and now is available in the USA.
It is pine that has been treated using natural preservatives that give it a nice brown tone that will gray out in a few years to a silver tone (Kebony is sustainably grown ).
The customer also choose to have the trim, fence, skirting and gait made for Kebony (Kebony has a 50 year warranty and is available In Washington through Dunn lumber) I have the ability to do on site milling to make the custom fence and skirting.
The Landscaping was done by D & J Land Scape Contractors , the railing is stainless steel cabling by Precision Rail of Oregon,
