This Kelowna condo had a lot of living space but the main floor living room was poorly laid out because of a fireplace that was out of scale for the space. The existing mantle was removed, illuminated shelving added to each side, and the tv lowered to create a more intimate media and display wall. The lighting served to push the visual boundary of the narrow room past the fireplace. Small scale furnishings took seating in the space from 3 to 6 . Art custom prints by Zoe Pawlak of Vancouver.
