We completely gutted the existing bathroom, removing the old tub and replacing some water damage to the sub-floor. The tub was replaced with a walk-in shower with built-in shampoo niche, tiled with gray porcelain tiles with a mosaic glass tile border. We used the same tiles on the bathroom floor in a larger size. The clear frameless glass shower door and panel really open the space up, and make the small space feel larger. The old vanity was swapped out for something with a clean contemporary feel, and a new toilet replaced one that hadn't worked for several months. The only thing that wasn't changed was the entry door.
