We installed over the existing tile the LVT floor, we had to repair few small holes with quick concrete repairs to get the surface even and level, the most important phase, if you do not have an even and level sub-floor your LVT going to copy everything underneath and even the floor could crack. After we installed the floor then we nailed the Baseboards and glued down the European aluminum profiles.
