Spring, Summer 2014. Extensive kitchen remodel and addition. There are seven microlam beams in the ceiling, and 3 extra piers in the crawlspace holding up the second floor after all the walls we removed. the walnut beam, the brick backsplashes, the extensive custom cabinetry, the walk-in pantry, and the raised butcher block counter at the end of the island are the unique features of this project. The homeowner picked her appliances, lighting, faucet, and colors for her new kitchen.
