This kitchen was featured on House Hunters Renovation [season 5 episode 2 ]. So you can imagine what the original one looked like! Yes, this is an Ikea kitchen. And yes it is a lot of work to assemble the cabinetry, but the look is fantastic. Countertops are white Caesarstone and the backsplash is a 2x12 slate set in a herringbone pattern. The floor is a ceramic tile wood pattern. The skylight was added to make sure there is alway some natural light in the kitchen. The entire space- living room, kitchen and dining- was renovated with designer Daniella Carter of Pretty Smart.
