Kitchen Design

Once a wall was removed and a few feet added to an existing wall, the design took shape. The soffit was removed so the new cabinets could sit right at the ceiling with a beautiful crown molding. The kitchen table was replaced with an island with trash cabinets (the best idea ever) and so much additions storage.

Stone tile backsplash with small copper inserts complements the quartz counter by Cambria (Canterbury) which also have small flecks of copper throughout. The original oak floor, which is installed on a diagonal, was resanded and all new custom windows and floor molding were installed. The last piece to be installed was the copper range hood. The cabinets are cherry with a sienna stain and an ebony glaze by Woodland Cabinetry with a Winfield door.
