This is my personal space and the first room I renovated when I moved into our home. The kitchen was previously updated to builder grade finishes and had no personality. I am very attracted to a black and white color palette as it opens the possibilities to later on switch out accent pieces to give the space a whole new look. I knew that I wanted to accomplish this on a budget and not completely renovate the space. A simple white subway tile and some black paint, helped the kitchen feel fresh and contemporary.
