The owners of this South Dallas home found us on Houzz and contacted us. We sent our Design Guru Melissa B out for an initial consultation, to take in-home measurements. The owners wanted to remodel and open up the Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Entry Way, and Livingroom with a fresh modern farmhouse style and decor.

After presenting the owners with our ideas and rough estimates, they hired us to consult on their Design-Development for selections of the Tile Flooring, Tile Backsplash, Cabinet Doors, Cabinet Finishes, Cabinet Drawer Pulls, Quartz Countertop, Fireplace Tile, Sink, Faucet, and Appliances.

The owners selected Theory™ by Emser, a glazed porcelain series inspired by the look of distressed wood for their floors, MSI Stone's Morning Fog Subway for the kitchen backsplash, Interceramic Calacatta Gold Marble Sticks Hi/Lo Mosaic , for the face of the fireplace and Blanca Statuarietto Quartz for the new Countertops. The project was finished early and under-budget. It's time for the owner to sit back and relax knowing we are managing every step of the way.
