The scope of work for this dated home was split into two phases. For the kitchen, great room, family room and the main residence, Stellar removed a couple of bearing walls, vaulted the kitchen ceiling, designed & installed a new kitchen, floors & baseboard, fireplace & accent wall, and brought the plumbing and electrical up to code. For the master suite phase, Stellar provided a new design, removed more bearing walls, added square footage to the bathroom, and installed all finishes.
