This was a major renovation that involved removing bearing walls, including the one separating the living room and the kitchen, installed the post and beam structure, and completely relocated the kitchen. Another focal point of this remodel included removing the old fireplace and installing a new gas fireplace, natural stone, and a custom mantel. We also installed new doors, custom casing and trim, new flooring, cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, new lighting, a new gas stove, interior and exterior painting. A mid-century remodel to the laundry room and bathroom completed this renovation.
