Kitchen remodels, design and DIY. Some of these projects were started as a DIY and then the homeowner came to Whitney Design Studios for design direction and help. We were able to achieve what they wanted with what was left of the budget and even incorporated some existing features to save on cost. We ended up refacing the existing cabinets to match the new cabinets installed along the other 2 kitchen walls. A custom subway tile backsplash, bamboo floors and drop-safe laminate countertop finished off this project. Her plan is to replace the appliances at a later date.
