This is a Kits Beach Condo of approx. 1000 sq.ft. built in the 1976 which has been completely transformed to all the modern luxuries while still keeping the original layout. This is a green renovation that had to work within the limitations of both size and available electrical power.
The 2 bathrooms which are 5 feet by 7 1/2 feet are probably the best examples of maximizing small space that you can find. Every millimetre is accounted for and every luxury is available. The custom designed kitchen cabinets create 32 inches more counter space taking it from a standard condo kitchen to one that has the feel of almost gourmet! Every product and design was thoroughly researched to find the very best fit in both function and look. The project is completely influenced by Italian products and design styles. The design stays true to original architecture of the building and is a comfortable modern living space at the same time.
