The quieter north side of the main floor accommodates a formal entrance and dining room. Three bedrooms, a study and laundry facilities occupy the upper floor. A large lower level suite is accessed at garden level through a separate entrance facing the side street. The house utilizes a geothermal heating source and a combination of in-floor, and forced-air heating and cooling distribution. The Craftsman house utilizes overhanging end gables with wood brackets, shingle siding and a granite stone base.
