Koeppen Lower Level

1940's bungalow that needed more space for a growing young family. We have completely remodeled the lower level into a beautiful and functional space. There is a wet bar and large media and play area for family and friends. There is storage under the new custom built stairs and a full bathroom with oversized shower as well.
