Marvelous get-away property located one row back from North Litchfield Beach, South Carolina. Home has great bones. My client and I are working on plans to renovate the kitchen. Construction is scheduled to begin in January. In the mean time we have been exploring the area and adding small improvements to other rooms in the house.
