The Kulpa Residence is a home on Lake Huron just North of Port Huron. The homeowners were looking to add a Master Suite to the 2nd floor as well as the addition of a 3rd floor which would house a bonus room for their grandchildren. Along with the addition, the entire exterior of the home would be renovated.

The project is currently under construction.
