My client purchased this historic home built in 1934 in beautiful La Jolla, CA. This home had endured some devastations, including a fire, however that did not stop us from a fabulous challenge! It was my intent to create a perfect blend of old charm melded with today’s sophisticated modern design standards. I focused on maintaining some of the characteristics and integrity of the original architecture, trim work and detailing, all the while updating to meet my clients more modern sophisticated style!
