Located in prestigious Fairbanks Ranch, this beautiful Spanish style home was completely transformed by adding additional square footage and remodeling older spaces to new. We wanted to be impactful without losing the overall integrity of the original architecture. From the original bold archways throughout, to the textured walls, ceilings and additional distressed finishes, I creatively designed the new spaces to be timeless and elegant and carry the same touches throughout. My clients were so gracious to allow me to fully incorporate the fun use of patterns, materials and furnishings to meet their young and cheerful lifestyle.
