Ladera Ranch Loft Addition with Bathroom Remodel

This type of addition is commonly referred to in California as a loft addition even though it is not going to end up being a loft at all. We also remodeled a Jack and Jill bathroom on the second floor.

This high ceiling and balcony are going to be transformed into a new curved radius leading to a new bedroom above.
