This extensive renovation to an aging 1950's home in the San Francisco Bay Area maintained the original character of the home while creating a modern living experience and adding over $900k in value to the home. The home went from 1,916 sf to 2,958 sf, and from a cramped, eclectic mix of rooms to a spacious four bedroom, three and a half bath Ranch styled home with a large open feel and presence.

The finished home featured a Chef's kitchen with large island, custom designer colors and updated lighting. Also a relaxing master suite with separate shower and tub, and large walk-in closet. All of the bedrooms were remodeled and expanded to be spacious along with a separate junior suite. The work extended to creating a private fenced backyard with level patio and terraced lawn.
