The existing home at this Lake Anna waterfront setting was positioned perfectly but offered little in the way of curb appeal or architectural character (see "before" photo). Studio Z designed a two level garage with workroom and watercraft parking below and made small strategic adjustments to the main house allowing for a new Craftsman style aesthetic to emerge. The result meets all of the owner's needs and provides an increase in value that far exceeds the design fee.
