This project was a rush, the buyers needed it turned around quickly in order to get their kids in a new school. It was a massive undertaking as well. Design Q&A performed the architectural design while another firm chose the finishes. The project included gutting and rebuilding the kitchen, moving a fireplace (and removing two others), carving out an office space, redesigning the owner’s en suite, reconfiguring the basement including a kitchenette bar.
