We turned a rotted out deck into a remarkable patio. This project required considerable demolition prior to starting our construction. The house had significant water damage due to poor original construction. We had all the damage repaired and rerouted the downspout and patio drain water to prevent another water damage issue in the future. We built in a new block wall with pillars all the way around the perimeter of the patio and expanded the square footage by over double from what was originally available. We tied in the hillside steps with landscape lighting to provide one complete project. In the future we have planned two more phases to re-landscape the hillside and to turn the lawn into a more usable area.
