Permeable pavers were the required solution in order to obtain DES permitting for this project. So, the patio area are permeable pavers, and the walk area is regular pavers (not permeable). Natural stone stairs, fieldstone retaining walls, and natural ledge outcropping enhance the beauty and functionality of this lake shore property.
