Lakefront Pool House

An underground 4,700 square-foot pool house in Winnetka, Illinois, was created for year-round, one-of-a-kind entertainment. Overlooking the lake, the space features an indoor pool, lounge area, bar, gym, three bathrooms, and steam room – all connected to the main residence via an elegantly adorned underground marble stair hall.
