Pop top addition and full renovation of an early 1900's brick bungalow in Denver Colorado. Second story addition includes master suite, two guest rooms, and guest bathroom. New steel front entry canopy to create covered porch. Second floor cantilevers the main level in the back to create an outdoor dining area. Modern landscape.
