Remodel and large modern addition to a 1950 Mid Century Modern ranch in the Monteclair neighborhood of Denver. This project has two components the restoration and remodel of the original 1950's structure including a new kitchen designed and built by AvenueTwo:Design. Also, a large new modern addition including a two car garage, study, laundry, powder room, 3 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Indoor outdoor patio area that reused the original carport storage shed.
