We took this condo from vacant and uninviting, to warm and inviting. This particular client hired us after the couple who seemed interested ended up buying the exact same condo two houses down the street! The reason? They told the Realtor that the other condo "felt larger and more attractive" to them. Interestingly enough, the vacant condo was even listed $800 LESS than the identical condo that they ended up purchasing! Flooring, color scheme and landscaping were identical for both condos. The only differentiation: One was vacant and other had been Staged!
