This was a Sacramento Land Park area remodel from top to bottom, interior and exterior. We took the ugliest house on the street and made it one of the best. The houses in this area are bungalows but this had architectural features from a previous remodel that took away all the Bungalow charm so we added it back in with a very small budget.
