Phoenix St. Whole House Remodel

This was an investment property that really needed a facelift before re-sale. We had a minimal budget, so I chose carefully what to upgrade to get the biggest bang for their buck. I had to leave most of the tile flooring and the kitchen granite counters. This was a difficult challenge because the flooring never even worked with the counters to begin with! I chose a neutral beige gray from Sherwin Williams for the cabinets that I hoped would integrate the two surfaces. I think it worked but if this were already a homeowner client, I would have flirted with the option of painting the cabinets darker for a bold contrast.
The master bath needed the bulk of the budget as it had to be completely remodeled. I tore out a central wall that compartmentalized the dated room. The fixtures and tile were all pink! I am really happy with the way this master bathroom came out. We made "his and hers" vanities, an open concept, while making privacy for a separate water closet. All in all, I love the way the whole home came out.
