Here's a look at one of our 3d landscape designs for a project in progress. This project involves major exterior upgrades including the demolition of an existing deck and concrete patio. New features include a large deck, pergola, large patio with seat wall, fire pit, retaining walls, waterfall with pond, built in grill island, and that's just the beginning. In the rendering I am also assisting the homeowner with paint colors, new windows and exterior stone.

This is just the first phase focusing on the hardscapes. New beds will be added with plantings, raised vegetable gardens, horseshoe pit, additional patios, walkways, and seating areas to accommodate wedding and party venues.
I have attached photos of the 3d model along with photos of the initial condition of the site. We will be installing this project this fall with completion date late spring or early summer of 2016.
