Laundry room/mudroom conversion

Custom cabinets, slate tile, and recessed can lighting all combined perfectly to convert this existing laundry room and foyer into a new laundry/mudroom area. Challenges for this project included wall re configuration and mechanicals re location.

New absolute black granite tops and a stainless front load washer/dryer were selected to further update the space. Water shut offs for the washer were moved into the basement ceiling below in case of immediate access is necessary

Plenty of seating and storage were created for the kids to store their book bags, coats, and shoes. The open cubbies above allow for personal device storage and charging capability with the added electric.
