This Second floor laundry was converted from a unused large walk in closet to a bedroom. For functionality, a custom metal pan and floor drain were added in case of leakage. Access to shut off water to the washer, as well as access to clean the dryer pipe were installed in the wall opposite the laundry in the new bed closet.
