The owner wanted a new laundry room tucked under the staircase. We used ever inch of space to create a very efficient laundry with a hidden ironing board and a drying rack over the sink. We added a "reading loft" in the attic space over the laundry room for the three boys as a place to escape. An artist added the whimsical touch with the waterfall and the jungle with monkeys.
