Scope of Work: Demolished interior of existing home and completed full makeover. Removed load-bearing walls on main floor. Installed new plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems; also upgraded electrical service with new wiring through entire home. Built new framing and finishes throughout.

Highlights: Height was gained in the basement by removing the existing wood beam and adding a steel beam. New underground drain piping was installed including a backwater valve, making the homeowner eligible for a $1250 rebate. All exterior walls were framed and sprayed with foam insulation to increase the thermal rating of the home and decrease energy costs. New high-performance double glazed PVC windows and doors were installed as well as a two-stage high efficiency furnace. Both will increase the overall efficiency of the home. We removed all load bearing walls on the main floor to provide the open concept look the client desired. New solid oak staircases were installed and stained to match the new solid wood ash flooring.
