exterior renovation and addition to unify the look and architectural style of an original Leaside house that had been added to an altered ad hock over the years.

The solution was to provide balance, proportion, and order through re-designing and detailing new square bay windows, a featured front entry door and new canopy and to skin the entire building with a rustic stucco.

The result is a suitably scaled and detailed house taking ques from traditional french country house style.
