Jon was a big help to me when I was just starting a renovation project. The only reason I can’t give him five stars is because we didn’t end up choosing his design company for reasons unrelated to his expertise. Jon took considerable time to walk me through the initial process of defining what we wanted to accomplish, and in particular was very realistic about the budget. No one else told it like it is : where the money really goes (just think HST for example). This really made me rethink what I could do within the budget. Thanks Jon. I will certainly recommend you.

I found Jon to be a thoroughly knowledgeable, experienced, and a thoughtful professional. Jon spent close to an hour discussing my unique project and offered many thoughtful suggestions to help me make a decision regarding zoning issues, Ravine and Conservation potential impacts all while helping me in my understanding of this unique property and whether to go ahead with its purchase. With out his deep understanding of the local "landscape" of zoning, ravine impacts on table land, I would have been operating blind and having a potentially disastrous experience. HIs counsel was extremely important. Jon, is an extremely easy person to talk to. He has a very eclectic background from tinkering and inventing in his youth, to an appreciation of aerospace. All of these show his passion which he brings to his profession. TF
