This studio apartment is located in one of Vancouver's premier heritage buildings. It offered unique opportunities and challenges, but the goal was to create a comfortable and relaxing 628 square foot studio with great flow that took advantage of the breathtaking views of False Creek. From the use of the unique reimagined antique china wood island which allows for more kitchen space, a dining table as well as a work space, to unique materials used to maximize the bathroom, every square inch of this apartment was considered and reworked for maximum efficiency.
