This contemporary themed first floor renovation included the redesign of the living room, kitchen, dining area, powder room and outdoor patios.

By removing the laundry room, this created more space in the kitchen which we took advantage of by expanding the kitchen island. The marble fireplace at the end of the island adds a sense of warmth and comfort to the adjacent dining room.

With all the first floor rooms centered around a glass encased staircase and installing large windows, we wanted to create a feeling of openness in the home while also embracing the natural light.
