This home was built out of Rastra Block. All of the water from the roofs is diverted to a 3,500 gallon cistern underground and then pumped to irrigate the yard.

Synthetic grass was used near the pool for a softer landscape. The zero water grass allows for the appealing look of grass without the headaches of maintaining it.

This outdoor kitchen shades in the afternoon while letting light in at lunch time. Once the landscaping is grown this entertaining space will look lush without the need of excess water due to the under ground cistern that was installed.

This attached guest sweet has it's own putting green and porch giving guest a true resort experience. Access to the house is from the outside only allowing for privacy of the home owner and the guest.
